1.2.10 (/1.211?): Rectangular Marquee Tool & Ellipse Tool

It would seem that, if using the rectangular marquee tool with right-click, set in Options and Editor tab, it does not select at all.

It would also seem that the Ellipse Tool does not make the same shape as before, at least if dimensions are 4px h. and 7px v.

Am I missing something?

EDIT: I am using 1.2.10 (non-beta when it was just out), but I suppose the version number has been changed already to 1.2.11.

This likely means that you have the marquee tool set to subtract mode. Select the marquee tool and check the settings here.

Third one is subtract.
