Ctrl+drag & drop on selection doesn't work on Windows

Fixing Marquee tool add/subtract to selection give us a new problem using Ctrl+drag and drop doesn’t work on Windows anymore. Fixing this ASAP.

Tried to move a selected object, but moves the whole layer. Windows, version from Steam.

This should be fixed in the new version v1.2.2 released today.
