New release to fix a regression and some extra little things:

- [New icon](https://twitter.com/davidcapello/status/1072207276931538944) for `.aseprite-extension` file type
- Fixed regression with the Pixel-Perfect mode ([#1945](https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/issues/1945))
- Added TGA 2.0 footer for compatibility with other programs ([#1946](https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/pull/1946), thanks to [@rajivmg](https://github.com/rajivmg))
- Added [`--script-param`](https://www.aseprite.org/docs/cli/#script-param) argument and [`app.param`](https://github.com/aseprite/api/blob/master/api/app.md#appparams) in the scripting API to specify parameters for scripts from the [CLI](https://www.aseprite.org/docs/cli/)

The release should be already available in the [beta branch](https://community.aseprite.org/t/get-aseprite-beta-version/22) of steam.
