so you alredy can turn your selection to a grid but the transparent bg you have to change direcly in the settings, and i think you could put on the view>extras tab its just fasten since i use as a guide way more than the actual grid since it doest polute as much, is a nitpick since there is a script in itch.io that can make that but i relly think it we should be able to do tthat quicly without modding it.
