Hola, al exportar frames vacios con modo de color RGB estos aparecen como pintados en negro, ¿por qué?.

Eso es sólo como se muestra en el navegador windows. Si abres el archivo verás que sí que es transparente 
(Por cierto, cómo haces esos separadores en el texto? La regla horizontal no lo hace, y me tiene intrigado XD) Edito: ya funciona
That is only as shown in Windows file browser. If you open the file in photoshop or any viewer you will see that it is transparent
