Blue color not showing up in foreground color selector

Color blue is not showing up in color wheel.

Aseprite v1.2.18-x64
Windows 10 PRO
Ryzen 5
Radeon RX 580

As you can see the color #2d78dc shows up as purple in the bottom left part of the picture, but it does paint as blue in the editor window.

Fixed, by erasing all my windows color profiles.
