a simple CTRL+click on a swatch in the color palette = selecting that color would be a nice option.

Hi @ash3s! Do you mean that Ctrl+click should select the color in the canvas? (just like Ctrl+click a cel on the timeline)
yeah instead of having to use the “Select Color” option from the dropdown, it would be quicker/easier if you could just Ctrl+Click on the color in the Palette window , and that color would become selected on the canvas (in my opinion) .
edit: I forgot that Ctrl+click already has a use in the palette window, but any other combination would be fine
