Error using the shortcut "Ctrl + Right Click" for the eyedropper

Good evening, I have a simple (but annoying) problem.
The problem I have is simple the shortcut “alt+right click” for good copy a color doesn’t seem to work (check the shortcut list and the shortcut exists)
I really don’t know what the error is, if it’s a general error, the operating system (it used to work when I had windows, now I use linux mint).
If someone can help, I would be very grateful ^^

I haven’t used Linux, but I suggest you try Shift + Right-click or Shift + Alt + Right-click, which also picks up the background color.
