It’s something we’d like to have, but not yet implemented:

> It would be nice to have a tree-like view of files or a open folder feature like… in VS Code.
>
> I've never fully liked the UX of VS Code or those text editors because it's always confusing what does the Open function (how do I open a folder? file \> open? file \> open folder? file \> open workspace?). It should be really clear to use it (e.g. maybe just clicking in a recent folder it could be opened as file selector view in a new tab)
>
> For developers: there is a requirement, we need a cross-platform implementation of a file system listener.
>
> EDIT: This idea could be as simple as showing a File \> Open Folder (or clicking a recent/pinned folder) and open a new Tab with a file list view.
