How would I create a tile like this?

Hi guys, I’m looking for a tool/trick on how to create tiles like these:https://i.gyazo.com/c55f10a9b3c1ce50a9df917298112f67.png
Ofcourse I could do it by hand, but since I want to create multiple of them looking nearly the same, I could use a tool/trick for it.

Hoping someone can help me out!

I would recommend using the Spray Tool (Shift + B), try fiddling with the spray width and spray speed. It should work ok but you may still need to touch it up with the brush to get it looking godd.
