# I'm using xp pen graphics tablet and the pet shortcut is working twice

when I press the pen shortcut buttons the shortcut work twice and sometimes work normally , its random , the shortcut is ( ctrl+z) , is anyone know how to fix this problem , I tried to update the driver of the tablet but still not working
