This happened at the time that 3.0 (beta) was released, I returned the stable version because of this error, but now it also appears in the stable version for a long time, only now I decided to record the screen to be able to explain the error.
Sometimes when I select and move sometimes this happens, I managed to make this error rotating, but it happens in a normal selection too, I don’t know why and when this error happens.
