Dear Asepriters,
As you might already know, new regulations in the EU about data protection will take place from May 25th: The [General Data Protection Regulation](http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/en/TXT/?uri=CELEX:32016R0679) (GDPR).
In support of this new regulation, we have updated our [Privacy Policy](https://www.aseprite.org/privacy/) and [Terms of Service](https://www.aseprite.org/terms/) so you can learn more about how we process your personal data. You will find information about what rights you have and how to use them.
The updates will take effect on May 25th. If you continue to use our products and services on or after 25th, you are agreeing to the updated Terms of Service.
You can always contact us at [support@aseprite.org](mailto:support@aseprite.org) for any question.
