Problems opening Aseprite 1.3-rc / 1.2.9 on Apple macOS Ventura

I cannot open Aseprite on macOS Ventura 13.0 with M2 chip. The app tries to start, but I get only a window with black content and the loading beachball. Tried both version from Steam, as well as downloading from Humble Bundle. At Steam I also tried to download a beta-version 1.2.9 but same result.

The app tries to launch forever. And sometimes it closes without any comment after some minutes.

I also tried to run with Rosette for eventually chipset compatibility issues, but same result.

PS: Downloading the trial-version (1.2.40) of Aseprite works without any problem!
