# Snap to center of the square on grid view

On grid view I dont want my brush to be snapped to the cross point, but to the center of each square istead. How do I achieve this?

Also I ve seen the developer talking about that right here: [Snap all shape points to closest "grid point" when "snap to grid" option is enabled · Issue #1268 · aseprite/aseprite · GitHub](https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/issues/1268)  
but I dont see any option about that stuff.

At the moment this is not possible, maybe related to [#723](https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/issues/723) and [#1411](https://github.com/aseprite/aseprite/issues/1411)
