# Uncle got me aseprite, doesnt work for steam family. cant refund it

Almost everyday i check to see if my uncle has gotten me aseprite. i checked and i told him, its not there. and he told me its in software. so i checked, everywhere still dont see it. till someone told me that it doesnt work for steam family, and i asked my uncle to refund it. but he cant. 20 dollars. wasted (14 days btw)

what? first wrong category, second you should be able to reinburse throught steam, just go in your purchase history, click on the program and click the “i want a refund“ button, then follow procedure, given it hasnt been more than 14 days and you havent spend more than 2 hours in it, theres absolutely no reason it should refuse you, and ps, nearly every software that isnt a game in steam isnt in steam family, the exeption being wallpaper engine.
