(v1.3-beta6-x64) Folder list only stays open on mouse-hold when clicking folder name field

Steps to recreate:

1. Click File
2. Click Open
3. Click folder name field in upper right

Current behavior:

1. If you click the folder name field, the folder list only stays open while you hold down the mouse click.
2. If you click the arrow to the right of the folder name field, the folder list stays open without holding down the mouse click.

Expected behavior:
If you click either the folder name field or the arrow to the right of the folder name field, the folder list should stay open without holding down the mouse click.
