I have many working files that are tileset-based, and sometimes contain tiles in their palettes with identical pixels. I need to maintain these identical tiles and their positions on the canvas in my files, but in a fresh session it’s easy to forget to make sure I’m in Manual tile mode rather than Auto, which leads to me unintentionally combining tiles.
I’d love to have the option to make sure I always start in Manual tile mode by default.
