Hello everyone! Here is an animation I recently completed using Aseprite. It is of a merchant character and his assistant performing a song titled “A Merchant’s Song”. I am more into designing characters than animating them, so I have plenty of room for improvement. But I tried to time the dance to the song, and make the animation fun while using limited frames to leave room for imagination to fill in the details (as a style). It would be great to work with better animators (and artists) to really polish this video, but for now I did my best. Any feedback is appreciated. Also any ideas on efficient sound syncing would be great. I tried syncing in Movie Studio, this was the result.
