Accidentally saved a file in another file, and I lost his progress

I tried to open this “session files” but they don’t open, please help me. (I slide the files to “Aseprite” but they do not work, how can I open them?)

I am Chilean, so it would be easier for me if someone please explain me in Spanish, thank you.

Hi @Virtual_Parra, please compress the 20180422-060456-3368 folder and send me the .zip file to support@aseprite.org (you can talk me in Spanish in the email).
