Add support for indexed mode for 16-bit per pixel or more

With the way the colors will only properly work with 256 colors only giving it a limit, I don’t see myself wanting to use this at all unless it gets an update to support more colors at a time. I know it may not be too important for the average target audience who probably don’t draw with any more than 19 colors let alone need 256 colors to draw with but to me it is really important with what I want to do. A friend and I are doing a Tengen Pac-Man ROM hack for the NES, Genesis and SNES. And with the Genesis and SNES palette holding both supporting 512 and 32768 respectively, I want to be able to grab both palettes with all these colors and be able to index the sprite sheets I did to get the colors SNES/Genesis accurate. So I’d like to ask the team (if any are around to answer) if there will be more color support for this feature in future updates? This is not mean’t to be harsh nor mean’t to rush ny staff in anyway, take your time! :orange_heart:
