She is my OC, still without a name, her most striking feature is her hair which has the consistency of a cloud.

if thats her most striking feature i fell like it should also be white, like a cloud, also some light blue at the edges, her arm is quite thin compared to the other one, outside that, its very pretty overall nice job.
