She is my OC, still without a name, her most striking feature is her hair which has the consistency of a cloud.

if thats her most striking feature i fell like it should also be white, like a cloud, also some light blue at the edges, her arm is quite thin compared to the other one, outside that, its very pretty overall nice job.

Wow, it’s really beautiful! There’s a surprising amount of style and details that aren’t immediately noticed. three layers of leaves, with one flipping in the back. her hair turning into clouds, one floating in the air and another still slightly attached. the shadows under her eyelids adds felt depth and of course the sparkle in her eye. (And the bangs.) The style reminds me of Yoshi’s Island. (A gorgeous SNES game if you’ve never seen it.)
I personally like that she has a natural hair color, it kinda keeps her grounded in reality, while blending into whatever is going on in her thoughts. It could be cool if her alter/ dream/ super saiyan self has white hair like Mr. Buttazzi said and becomes more cloudlike depending on the context, or story you have her living in.
If that is her other arm I agree that it is too thick, I’d just hint at it a little or you could probably just remove it entirely.
I like the stillness of her face, I think it makes sense but her arm seems kinda “stiff” not sure if it needs an animation or softer pose or maybe just a little movement in the lines. unless the stillness is something your attached to of course.
All humble oipinions… I only have the energy to critique artwork when it really stands out to me, so if it matters I think it’s great.

I’m very happy to read what you wrote! The lineart style was inspired by Yoshi Island without a doubt. You read my mind about her hair changing in a transformation, that’s in her storyline. Regarding the criticisms, I agree 100% with what you said.
