Anyone available for hire to modify script?

I’m looking for someone I can hire to modify this script: BG Auto-Scroll Toolbar by CarbsCode

I want to modify it so that it can work with a background that contains frames of animation. I’ve tried contacting CarbsCode but they haven’t responded.

CarbsCode has a script that uses existing frames of animation, so that might help: The Tween Machine by CarbsCode

I would submit the code back to CarbsCode once finished as well (because I think others would find it helpful). Let me know if you’re interested/available. Thanks!
