Anyone willing to create a script for Typing Dialogue Text?

The Above GIF is just a visual example. All of this was done by hand using the text, selection, and eraser tools. I would like for someone to at least dabble in creating a lua script for this very purpose.

I know it will take a while, for I will be patient.

Is this for a game project? It could be easier to use the game engine or another program besides aseprite for this effect, just as a food for thought.
