Aseprite does not allow me to draw

I try to edit my character sprite sheet today and it just does not allow me to do anything it does not work on only that specific sprite sheet. Also cursor changes to unavailable cursor

  1. Does the issue persist if you restart the program?
  2. Is the layer you are on locked?
