Everytime I copy and paste something from one aseprite tab to the other makes the black pixels disappear, pasting pixel art from other programs keep the black pixels normally
Mask is set to transparent, color palette is RGB, I tried adding both black and transparent and putting them at first in the swatch but nothing has changed, any help?
Could you be more specific about how you’re copying and pasting?
Are you using the Rectangular Marquee Tool to make your selection?
Are you on the correct layer when you copy and paste?
Did you check that the host keys are configured? Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts.
See if checking those things helps you find a solution =) If not, we’ll figure out another way to help you =)
Thanks for the reply! I am in the correct layer, I either copy with CTRL+A or any of the marquee tools. If I use the wand to copy only the black pixels they still appear as transparent when I paste it in another ase tab, and although this doesn’t happen with pasting from other programs it still happens if I drag and drop exported sprites into the canvas. (But only if they were made in aseprite)
Do you think you can send a video of this happening?
