When you have many layers and these do not fit in the horizontal window, when you add a new layer, the window scroll automatically scrolls up so you have to lower it again to locate in the newly created layer.

Cuando tienes muchas capas y éstas no caben en la ventanita horizontal, al agregar una nueva capa el scroll de la ventana se desplaza automaticamente hacia arriba de modo que debes bajarlo de nuevo para ubicarte en la capa recien creada.
