Can I make a custom brush without ctrl+B?

I know this might seem like an odd question, but my ctrl buttons don’t work. Whenever I press them, they do weird things but never what I want them to. So is there a way to create a custom brush without Crtl+B?

You can do it through the menus. Edit > New Brush.
