Can´t create new colors - warning sign not appearing

Hello,

I try to add a new color to the palette as described in the documentation, but the little red warning icon does not appear when I change the foreground color.

you have probably hit the Edit Color button, which is now unlocked (the one right above color palette with the little lock on it). This happened to me too. It’s also A on the keyboard. click it again so the lock in the little icon is locked and you should be able to save colors again.
