Can't turn off zooming with the mouse wheel

Bumping this up again…

I can’t seem to turn off zooming with the scroll wheel. I have the checkbox turned off.
I would like the scroll wheel to scroll vertically.
What is odd is on my other Mac it is scrolls rather than zooms.
I am on 1.3.5-arm from Steam.

Just for future reference, this was solved from Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts > Mouse Wheel:

Not sure why it was not working unchecking the “Zoom with scroll wheel” option from Preferences, but we’ll check if there is a bug.
