Change fps rom mutiple frame don't work

I select all frame go to frame properties and change the frame rate, but just change the first frame

probably should be in the help section. Question when you’re selection are you dragging your mouse across the frames (another option is selecting the first and last frame while holding shift) or are you just selecting the layer and then pressing P? Beause I noticed if you just select the layer it looks like it highlights the cells/frames but it only has one showing up on properties.

i’ll also add that there’s a function ‘constant frame rate’ in ‘frame’ menu. that changes duration of all frames in timeline.
