CIE LAB Palette Matching Transparency Issue

As of version 1.3.9, when converting from RGB to indexed color mode, choosing the CIE LAB best fit criterion leads to some confusion when a transparent color is in the palette. Clear black seems to be interpreted as opaque black. Adding opaque black to the palette changed the behavior. Below is a video of the issue:

This doesn’t seem to effect CIE XYZ or Linearized RGB. Switching between octree and table doesn’t seem to make a difference.

The fix is already available in v1.3.9.1.
