Where you can draw over the layer without disturbing the one under it…it’d help with coloring line art and other things.

If you mean lock opacity, that would be a super useful feature for me.
I animate basic shapes first, then draw in details in a second pass.
In the meantime, I’ve been
- select the contents of the layer
- draw details it in another layer
- merge down or delete shape layer
At the moment the “Lock Alpha” ink is the closest thing.
