For a custom brush created with Ctrl + B, the opacity of its Simple Ink mode and the opacity of its Alpha Compositing mode always remain consistent with each other. Moreover, they are also simultaneously consistent with the opacity of the Alpha Compositing mode of the regular brush. It appears as though they are all sharing the same value.
