Default Grid Defaults

Hi All

Firstly, Loving Aseprite!

I want the default Grid setting to be 2 x 2 pixels. Whenever I change this in preferences, it works whilst the application is open. However, once closed and re-opened it defaults back to 16 pixels. I have examined the pref.xml and no matter what I change, app resorts to default of 16 pix x 16 pix.

Is there any way I can change this until I choose to change it again?

First you will edit / preferences / grid adjust the desired width and height and give it a ready apply. with me it worked like this. Hope this helps .

Many thanks, I realised I was not checking the box on this page, so sorted now, many thanks for tour help.
