Did I install the update properly?

I haven’t used this program before so this is the first time I’ve updated it (v1.2.30 → v1.2.32), and I just wanted to make sure I did it right.
I have the newest version downloaded but it’s a seperate program, so I just re-did my preferences and shortcuts. I wasn’t sure if I had to re-download the new installer or if that was for downloading for the first time, so I didn’t touch that. I’m not sure if I needed to do anything else after this, or if I need to do this everytime.

hi, azzy! i usually download installer and simply run it. then there’s no reason to redo settings and shortcuts - all settings are preserved.
