So I wanted to change my theme and I got a theme where it needed to change scaling but I don’t know if I should change the Screen Scaling or the UI Scaling since they seem to have no difference at all. What do they particularly change in scaling?

ui scaling affects only gui, screen scaling affects everything including your artwork.
