Firstly, thank you so much for this program - it’s amazing. I wouldn’t want to suggest a big development like this without first stating that. This is probably quite a tough one to implement but it’s super powerful
Are there any plans to include distort and warp (or liquify) tools in Aseprite? They are unbelievably powerful. They’re actually even stronger in Procreate where you can change the orientation of the transform box before making distortions or warps.
(in the below image, rotating the yellow pip changes the orientation of the transform tool, then rotating the green rotates the actual object. Dragging any of the corners distorts the transform box. You can also use modifiers to make trapezium shapes with your distort)

This tool is invaluable for making adjustments to the art without having the re-draw it every time. With pixels it does mean fixing the fine detailing of the pixel distortion, but for nailing down shape, pose and other attributes, you don’t get much stronger.
I have a current approach cutting and pasting between the programs to use the feature, but a native equivalent would be amazing.
