Double width pixels holding shift to make 1:1 aspect constraint makes 2:1

if you hold down shift while in double width pixel mode, to draw a circle for example, it will draw a constrained ellipse at 2:1 aspect. Same issue with marquee or anything that one would expect to be square, becomes rectangular.

Expected result would be the constraint is halved in width to match the pixel distortion.
