Export: incorrect "merge duplicate" with transparent layers

  1. Create a new sprite
  2. draw something
  3. create a new layer
  4. change the transparency of the newly created layer
  5. duplicate frame (alt+n)
  6. move the content of the new frame to the transparent layer so that each frame use different layers (with different transparency) but with the same content
  7. export a sprite sheet (with “merge duplicates” activated)

Expected result: a sprite sheet with two sprites with different transparency values
Actual result: a sprite sheet with one sprite
