Pls add new property ‘color’ in Layer Properties.
soft-shades (maybe tint is better term) the layer to that color, so when u have several layers and need to locate the ‘skin’ layer, or the ‘face’ layer, u can quickly identify it by color rather than have to look all the way to the left for the name and make sure your cursor is lined up on the right layer track.
