This is so cool! I love the shading! How many frames are in this animation? The only thing I notice really that could be better would be the fact that its spinning so fast it looks flat 
I think it needs to hold onto the frames where it is flat for a little longer so we can see the emerald has dimension to it. Again I love the art and you get to decide what you want to do for it! Good luck with whatever you decide.
