Hi! This is my first time doing pixel art and this guy is actually for a game I’m planning to make called “Town of Medimaw” or something, I’m still deciding what to name it lol! I was inspired by the Fields of Mistria character artworks whenever there is dialogue! Love that game, it inspires me a lot just like Stardew Valley does!
Aseprite is very nice to use, like, VERY nice. I drew for nearly 8 hours straight lol, had to stop myself. Anyways, I will probably be posting more of my characters here in the future, stay tuned!
For more info about the game, it will be kind of like Stardew and Fields of Mistria combined, but with monsters that you can possibly romance and definitely befriend :^) Right now though, I’m just messing around with Aseprite and having fun xD
Though one advice I can give you is to start with small games, if it is your first game. You will learn a lot through that, and will be able to transfer your knowledge in making your own game. Have fun anyway
