"Flash layer when is it selected" even when hidden

I fined the “Flash layer when is it selected” feature extremely useful, Yet when a layer is hidden it doesn’t flash so I don’t know what layer is currently selected until I toggle visibility.

Suggestion
To have a hidden layer temporarily be visible while flashing when selected.

I second this suggestion. It would be the logical thing to briefly flash the layer.

Definitely like this idea. Application feedback is incredibly important in something like this.
