I need a Retro Font for my Game but creating a font takes a LOT of time. Does anybody know where I can get a similar font used in games like Mega Man or is there a simple software to create such font. Can I even make a font in Aseprite?

FontStruct is pretty good for making pixel fonts and is very simple to use, at least if you’re only interested in supporting European languages.
Have you checked out OpenGameArt? There are a number of pixel fonts available there, and while most are images rather than fonts, a few have fonts included either in the downloads or linked in the description.
