Greetings!
Its been a few weeks since I’ve got this issue. Eventually, when dealing with files that holds multiple layers, the software hard crashes and closes. And when I get back, most of the cells are simply gone. Gladly, the Recover Files mode saved me all the times it crashed. It is becoming more and more common.
An example of what happens to the file when I open it again (above) in comparison with the recovered file (below):
Is there a way to fix these crashes? I could recover the file but I want to avoid the crashes.
I’m using Aseprite V1.3.18-beta 1 on Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon through Steam, with compatibility GE-Proton10-25. I’m not using the native Linux version because the double click do not work with my pen tablet for now.
The issue ALWAYS happens when I’m dealing with animation cells: moving, copying, coloring. Hope this helps. I could not replicate the crash while recording, it is honestly very random.
Thanks in advance!
