Looks really good imho. I dig this diffuse log, like everything is behind fog
The only two things that stuck out to me (and I am no export by any stretch) is the water tower that looks very bold with the horizontal black lines and the stance of the person.
The tower might look better without the horizontal lines or they should maybe be curved to better hint at the cylindrical form. The angler could maybe lean back and have the rod more at a 45 degree angle? If the rod itself is moved one pixel back you also avoid the little bit awkward L shape at their hands.
