First off Hello, My name is Wayne. I am completely new to pixel art and Aseprite. I purchased Aseprite on Steam version 1.3.17. I used chatgpt to make concept art for a game I am working on. I locked onto this style of world and am requesting advice of where to start so I can recreate this style of look. The attached scene is the concept art, the attached screenshot is my Godot project, and the attached sprite sheets are my rough drafts that I made with chatgpt’s concept of a player in blue pants, then I used Aseprite and the Pixellab Ai plugin to create the frames from one frame. Forgive me I do not know anything about how this is done correctly and only started with Ai to get a visual idea for my game and to see if I could assemble the parts into a working model, which I have. I hope this doesn’t offend anyone as I truly wish to learn to create/draw this game as I have an idea for a Huge project.
