try view → refresh & reload skin
or try to select different theme or revert back to default theme
Hi there! 
one possibility is that the program is loading an old gui.xml file located in your personal configuration files. You can see if there is a gui.xml file in your personal preferences folder and remove it, or check if the debug log if the gui.xml that is being loaded is from the data directory of Aseprite (or send us the log to support@aseprite.org and we can check)
