Home tab doesn't appear when I start Aseprite

Every time I launch aseprite, the main menu does not appear.

main menu is clearly there, it’s a home tab which is missing. what happens if you try to create new sprite?
in any case, try to reset aseprite settings (delete ini file), here’s how to do that: Aseprite - Docs - Reset-preferences
or even reinstall the program.
if that won’t help, you may want to contact support directly.

Just for future reference, there is an option in Edit > Preferences > General > Show Home tab when Aseprite is started to show the “Home” tab again if that was disabled:
